Dr. Randall G. Cohen has been in the full time practice of general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry since 1982 when he graduated from Temple University Dental School. Dr. Cohen’s commitment to post-graduate education has been a part of his professional life since completion of his studies, which translates into his providing you with the most advanced and highest caliber dental care. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Cohen’s extensive hospital training enables him to treat a wide variety of surgical and periodontal cases so that in most cases you do not need to go an outside practitioner. Wisdom teeth removal, as an example, is frequently done in our office as is most periodontal treatment; two aspects of dental practice that most general and cosmetic dentists refer to others. Dr. Cohen’s hospital experience includes externships at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL., Suburban General Hosp ital in Norristown, PA and he worked under the chief of oral and maxillofacial surgery at Muhlenberg and St. Lukes Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. He, also, has held operating room privileges at what is now the Frankford Torresdale Hospital for more than eight years.

Dr. Cohen is a national speaker in the field of cosmetic and adhesive dentistry, providing course work that other dentists can use to obtain their necessary continuing education credits. As an educator to other dentists, Dr. Cohen has learned to make the complex understandable. As a patient you will find that he listens to you carefully, and involves you completely in all decisions that affect your care.

Dr. Cohen has authored more than one dozen professional journal articles; several have been published in European and Japanese dental publications.
